FEATURED PRODUCT
Stainless Lined Tubing
Prairie Tubulars Inc. is now offering a new form of anti corrosion tubing. PT-SS standardizes in API seamless OCTG base products combined with a stainless steel lining, offers a viable alternative to producers in the petrochemical industries that deal with corrosive downhole environments.
PTI-SS is a patented process that offers Stainless Steel Lining in 60.3mm., 73.0mm and 88.9mm J-55 Eue Seamless Tubing Products and are standard stock items. Customers’ requirements for higher grade Tubes L-80, N-80, P-110 can be custom ordered and is subject to delivery time.

Product Features
- -Stainless steel lining.
- -Various anticorrosion materials can be chosen as the liner tube, such as stainless steel, copper, etc., depending on the corrosion properties to be encountered.
- -High heat-resistance, high pressure-resistance, and high corrosion-resistance all result in a long operation life — service life is 4 to 6 times greater than common tubing.
- -The mechanical performance is excellent, and meets the requirements of API standards.
- -The surface of the inside pipe wall is smooth, and has a lower friction factor which effectively increases the flow performance.
- -Competitive Pricing.
Delivery & Handling
- -Before loading pipe on flat deck, place blocking on trailer adjacent to strap tighteners to avoid bowing of pipe and easy access for off loading.
- -Check for loose or damaged protectors prior to loading.
Operation & Maintenance
- -Tubing drift/mandrel must conform to API specifications.
- -When running tubing, check to ensure coupling seal is intact.
- -Refer to torsion value chart below to avoid over torquing and damage to threads and seal.
- -Recheck seals when tripping and rerunning tubing.
- -Tubing to be pulled and racked should have protectors installed on both ends.
